Ordering Online

Ordering online is easy.  You will need to register with us - we require company details such as an invoice and delivery addresses, your email address and a password.  As soon as you have completed registration you will have access to prices, minimum order quantities and stock availability. All products must be ordered in multiples of the minimum quantity - this is usually 6 or 12.  

 

You will need to reach our minimum order value of £150 / $200 / 200€ (ex VAT) before you can proceed to checkout. For UK customers your order needs to include at least £75 (ex VAT) of in stock items to be eligible to ship. For EU or Export customers your order needs to include at least £150 / 170€ / $170 of in stock items to be eligible to ship. If you have pre-ordered items not yet in stock at our warehouse, please see the section on backorders below for further info.  

Payments

UK customers are required to pay for their first order on a pro-forma basis.

 

Non UK customers can only pay on a pro-forma basis for all their orders.

They can apply for a 30-day account once they have a minimum 6 months of order history.

 

You can pay online via debit or credit card, BACS or you can give us a call to make a payment on +44 (0)207 346 0100. 

At the moment we do not accept payments via Paypal, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Backorders

If we are unable to deliver an item/items and the total sum of the stock (excluding VAT) is less than £35 / 35€ / $35, this backorder will automatically be closed. All backordered items with a total sum greater than £35 / 35€ / $35 (excluding VAT) will remain on order.

 

For UK customers these goods will either be added to your next order or sent, pending payment, once all items are collectively in stock and reach a minimum of £75 (ex VAT). For EU and Export customers these items will be added to your next order, otherwise please contact your account manager to arrange a separate shipment.

 

No payment is taken for backordered items until the stock is ready for dispatch. 

There will be no carriage charged on complete delivery of backorders to the UK mainland and reduced carriage charges to all other EU & UK postcodes.

Delivery

UK Mainland

Delivery within the UK mainland costs £8 / 9€ / $10  for orders below £200 / 200€ / $200 (ex VAT) and is free for orders above £200 / 200€ / $200 (ex VAT). FedEx is our delivery partner and UK orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will know when your order has left our warehouse as you will receive an invoice via email. Somebody will be required to sign for the parcel(s).

Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands

Delivery charges vary depending on size of order and country (please check the table below). Our delivery partner is FedEx. Please note that somebody will be required to sign for the parcel(s).

Europe

We're now sending our international orders with UPS World Ease. The delivery schedule for countries outside of the UK is 4-6 working days.

Please note this may sometimes take slightly longer due to additional customs checks.

 

Delivery charges vary depending on country and size of order - we offer a reduced delivery charge for orders above £500 / $500 / 500€ (ex VAT) and free delivery for orders above £1,000 / $1,000 / 1,000€ (ex VAT).

Delivery outside of Europe

If you are outside of these areas you must arrange your own shipping.

We will ship to a registered shipping agent at the same cost as the UK/European shipping rates. If goods are being collected by an agent, shipping terms are assumed to be Ex-Works. If we are delivering to a registered shipping agent, shipping terms are assumed to be FCA - unless otherwise stated.

Please note we currently do not sell in the USA.
